Detoxing the Heart – Reigniting our Passion

7th – 15th February 2017

Nile_N517266177_30554_627Egypt has long been known around the world for its ancient beauty and magic. Our hearts and minds cannot help but to be enchanted by the land and its spirit. From the hieroglyphs in the ancient temples to the hidden lore deep within the hearts of its elders, Egyptian mythology speaks to the ancient practices of unifying heart, mind and soul.

Living in our chaotic world, we can often forget the wonder and beauty of life. When we are overwhelmed, stressed and anxious we can close our hearts and get stuck in the stories of our past. Yet, the tighter we cling to them, the more we prevent ourselves from activating the new seeds of our potential future.

This journey is for those who are ready to reignite their creativity and inspiration, write a new story and be reminded of the magic of life.

Join Rebekah Shaman and Genevieve Boast on an unforgettable journey down the Nile in Egypt, where we will engage our creativity and sense of purpose. We will also use the ancient healing plant, Cacao, to revitalize and dissolve old blockages around our hearts, showing us the way to re-engage with our lives in a more aligned and healthy way.

You will leave this journey forever changed, carrying memories that will never fade. This we promise.

Our trip will begin on the banks of the river Nile in Aswan where we will board a magical Dahabiya sailboat, the Egyptian Queen (http://nileheavencruises.com). Fresh and organic (where possible) breakfasts, lunches and dinners are all provided on the boat by our amazing chef and the wonderful crew (specific dietary requirements are catered for).

Aftegypter five days we will arrive in Luxor where we will stay at the exquisite domed retreat center on the famous West Bank of Luxor, The Sekhmet Sanctuary (https://www.facebook.com/thebesdreaming). From here we will continue our temple journeys and conduct our final cacao ceremony on Valentines Day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided from the onsite organic gardens and are eaten along the banks of the river Nile.
